Training

RefWorks-COS is pleased to offer complimentary online training to all current subscribers. We offer an ongoing schedule of live training, offered at a variety of times, along with a selection of recorded training sessions for viewing at anytime.

Training is conducted via WebEx, an online meeting service that combines video, audio, and other features to deliver a very effective training experience. Enrollment is limited and registration is required. Additional dates and courses will be added on an on-going basis. You will receive a confirmation of your enrollment.

RefWorks Training Webinars – a host of sessions geared towards all levels of users. Topics include a variety of features, such as RefShare, and the new current awareness service, RefAware.

COS Research Administrator Training – sessions developed specifically for COS Liaisons who administer COS subscriptions on the COS.com platform. Includes product training and administrative training.

COS User Training – sessions developed for COS products on the COS.com platform.

Unless noted, RefWorks-COS online training sessions will be conducted in English. We offer RefWorks training webinars each month in Spanish, French and German conducted by our regional trainers located in Europe. Recorded webinars conducted in Spanish, French and German are also available from our corresponding Worldwide pages.
