Conference Papers Index (CPI) is a specialized database that provides searchable access to over 2.5 million papers and poster sessions presented at major scientific meetings around the world. Records include complete ordering information to obtain reprints, abstracts, proceedings and other publications derived from the conference, together with title and author information needed to track the specific papers. CPI is a valuable tool for scientific researchers who want to tap into the discoveries of others in their fields.

CPI coverage includes meetings since 1995 and emphasizes subjects related to the life sciences, environmental sciences and the aquatic sciences. Coverage of meetings from 1982-1995 also includes physics, engineering and material sciences.

Updated bi-monthly, information is gathered from final programs, abstract booklets and published proceedings, as well as questionnaire responses. Users can search by keyword--based on field of study, event, author or a range of other criteria.
